AGENCY OF THE YEAR 2011

At the 2011 CIPD Awards, held at the Landmark Hotel in London, we scooped the biggest prize of them all, Advertising Agency of the Year.

Wave also picked up an award for G4S winning Best Recruitment Effectiveness – for us this is the most vital aspect of any recruitment campaign!

We were also nominated in the same category for YHA as well, whose campaign was equally as worthy and effective as the G4S entry but unfortunately there could only be one winner.

The awards were a glitzy affair and the competition was fierce so we’re absolutely delighted to have picked up these awards capping off a great start to the year having won Best Outdoor Recruitment in January at the RADs.

One of our ambitions as an agency was to be the best, and winning the Agency of the Year goes some way to show that we’re heading in the right direction. The judges described us as client-centric, fresh and innovative, which we are over the moon with.
